Introduction to Mama Therapy | Thriving not simply surviving.
Although I love small talk...this is not the place for that. It's real talk, real life, real solutions, real laughs (hopefully) and...
"Because embodying wellness is not about washing away struggles, faults or failures but learning to embrace ourselves fully and foster true self awareness."
TO SEEK. TO FIND. TO GROW. TO THRIVE. TO SHARE.
We all have a purpose in life, or 'dharma'. In my life I am constantly seeking truth, knowledge, growth and balance in order to thrive and not simply just survive this amazing and complicated journey of life. My purpose here at Mama Therapy is to share what makes me feel unbalanced in this crazy world and the wellness tools I've discovered to combat that craziness. I hope that perhaps some of what I have found may be just what you have been looking for on your wellness journey. Or perhaps you may find just what you needed but simply weren't looking for.

I am a mama... who believes that wellness is contagious. I believe in having weird and revealing conversations about all the truths of parenthood, relationships and life's challenges with almost everyone we can. Being open allows us to be porous and soak up each other's wisdom along with dropping the shield of judgement that the world has taught us to hold.
So follow along as I find wellness in this crazy world. I promise it wont be boring. It will even likely be helpful. This world may be crazy but that doesn't mean we have to be too. Read more about me.
This site is, 17% imperfect - give or take 10%. Like us, despite it's flaws it is still beautiful and has a purpose. So, adhering to my new life motto "done is better than perfect", I published it anyways. And yes, there are mistakes, and typos, and design glitches throughout; but like me it is PERFECTLY IMPERFECT.

But please, by all means, let me know if you have found an error - I would love to fix it. If not, just enjoy and thank you for understanding that we are humans, not robots.
