An easy and proven way to build good habits & break bad ones.


Okay does this sound too good to be true? Well, let me tell you - it's f*cking not! Mr. James Clear…you're my hero. And he can be your hero too all for the low price of $20.99 CAD. LOL. But seriously, do you have some good habits you want to build and some bad habits you want to break? Great, all you gotta do is read his book (or like me - listen) while you clean…a good habit of mine.

I couldn’t put this book down (figuratively speaking because you already know I listened to this audiobook, which is not something you can touch therefore cannot put down, but I digress…)


Now, I know there are some of you out there who are somewhat like me; we are really good at coming up with fascinating ideas and solutions that can make a great impact on our lives for the better and the theory of these ideas could have drastic positive changes in our lives…however, if only we could stick to the plan. Hmmmm…so if only someone had a genius plan to guarantee results on even the most inconsistent people out there. Oh yeah - it’s James, my new BFF. (Just joking Bréne Brown.)

But Mr. James would not only benefit those who do not know how to implement consistency in their lives, but those who already have the drive and regular systems in place. For those people, now you can become super human as you stack on more amazing habits to your already solid routines.

You will read this book feeling like “ummm yeah, that is so simple…I’ve got this!” I’ve already changed my mindset and have stopped chewing my nails (a life long habit), started running again regularly after an 8 year hiatus and have a list of things I’m going to start to implement into my routine.

I do recommend finding the worksheets and doing the lists and writing down what James Clear recommends. Don’t just read the book and put it down. Put your wants into action and I promise…this can change your life.
